Κύριο χαρακτηριστικό των ελέγχων είναι ότι – στη συντριπτική πλειονότητά τους – διενεργούνται από ελεγκτές, που προέρχονται από ΔΟΥ άλλων περιοχών.

TA ΛΟΥΚΕΤΑ ΓΙΑ ΜΗ ΕΚΔΟΣΗ ΑΠΟΔΕΙΞΕΩΝ…

Σε γνωστό all day cafe bar των βορείων προαστίων, ο έλεγχος διαπίστωσε ότι δεν είχαν εκδοθεί τουλάχιστον 15 αποδείξεις, με αποτέλεσμα να επιβληθεί το αναλογούν πρόστιμο και να μπει λουκέτο για δύο ημέρες.

Οι ίδιες ποινές επιβλήθηκαν και σε ψαροταβέρνα στο Λαύριο, η οποία βρέθηκε να μην έχει εκδώσει 12 αποδείξεις.

…ΚΑΙ ΤΑ ΠΡΟΣΤΙΜΑ ΓΙΑ ΜΗ ΔΙΑΣΥΝΔΕΣΗ

Μία από τις πλέον γνωστές επιχειρήσεις εστίασης στο Μοναστηράκι, που διατηρεί δύο ξεχωριστά καταστήματα, δεν είχε διασυνδέσει 8 POS σε καθένα από αυτά. Το πρόστιμο είναι 40.000 ευρώ – είκοσι χιλιάδες ανά κατάστημα.

Πολυχώρος εστίασης, επίσης στο Μοναστηράκι, εντοπίστηκε να μην έχει διασυνδέσει 3 POS. Πρόστιμο 20.000 ευρώ.

Σε γνωστό εστιατόριο της παραλιακής λεωφόρου, οι ελεγκτές αξιοποίησαν καταγγελία και βρήκαν ότι, πλέον της μη έκδοσης δύο αποδείξεων, η επιχείρηση δεν είχε διασυνδέσει το POS με την ταμειακή. Πρόστιμο 10.000 ευρώ.

Σε όλες τις επιχειρήσεις, ο έλεγχος συνεχίζεται σε βάθος, τόσο στοιχείων, όσο και ετών.
